Rick & Gayle Steiner

President & Vice President

Rick & Gayle currently serve as President and Vice President of Steiner Electric, Inc. Rick supervises the overall operations of the business and Gayle concentrates on human resources. While they have worked long and hard together to advance the company in terms of growth and opportunities over the past 45 years, providing leadership and livelihood to team members was always the top priority. Outside of the office, Rick and Gayle enjoy sharing life with family and friends. They feel especially blessed to have all of their 9 grandchildren living in West Bend. They also enjoy traveling, entertaining and supporting charitable organizations with their time, talents and resources.

Robb Steiner

Vice President

Robb is the Vice President and minority owner of Steiner Electric, Inc. and runs the day to day operations of the company. As a third generation owner and fourth generation electrician, Robb knows the value of hard work and the dedication it takes to keep valued customers over decades. He started as an apprentice in 2000 and is now a Master Electrician and a Designer of Engineered Systems. Robb also holds a NABCEP certification for the solar electric work Steiner Electric installs. Robb has volunteered his time on multiple boards of directors including MPTC, ABC of Wisconsin and the West Bend Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys building vintage light fixtures, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Andrew Kaehny

Chief Administrative Officer

Andy joined Steiner Electric in 2017 as our Chief Administrative Officer after a successful career in financial services. He is responsible for the overall administration of our business operations with a focus on efficiency enhancements and planning for our future growth. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and participating in all the outdoor world has to offer especially fishing and shooting sports. He also has a passion for music and collects vinyl records and vintage radios.

Ken Fay

Designer, Lead Estimator

Ken is a Master Electrician and has been with Steiner Electric, Inc. since 2001. He began his career as an electrical apprentice and was promoted to our Designer and Lead Estimator position in 2010. Utilizing CAD, photometric software and a creative mindset, Ken has elevated Steiner Electric’s Design/Build capabilities to fulfill any customer or general contractor’s design needs. Through collaborative design sessions with the leadership team, Ken delivers value engineered options that result in cost savings to the owner’s. Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his family.

Ian Mulvanny

Project Manager – Large Construction

Ian is a Master Electrician and started his career with Steiner Electric, Inc. in 1998. He began as an electrical apprentice and quickly moved up to a Lead Foreman. In 2011, he became the Project Manager for large new construction projects. Ian’s experience and creative approach to problem-solving makes him an asset and a partner to owners, general contractors, foremen and apprentices. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and working in his custom fabrication shop with his young son.

Steve Beisbier

Service Department Manager

Steve is a Master Electrician and has been with Steiner Electric, Inc. since 1986. After years of industrial field experience, he was promoted to Service Department Manager. Steve and his team provide high-quality service to hundreds of industrial, commercial and residential customers throughout southeast Wisconsin. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and being with his family.

Trevor Schulz

Service Manager

Trevor is a Master Electrician with 25 years of Commercial and Industrial Electrical experience that joined Steiner Electric in 2016 as a Service Technician. He was promoted to the Service Department Manager position as successor to Steve Beisbier who is retiring at the end of 2018. After graduating from the ABC apprenticeship program in 1999, Trevor took on several roles in the field as a Foreman running medium and large scale jobs. His experience has been a great asset to the Steiner Electric Service Department and, along with our entire team, he has provided quality service to hundreds of customers throughout southeast Wisconsin. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children in multiple sports, serving as Vice President of the PTA at Rockfield Elementary, riding his Harley, and is an avid fisherman and hunter.

Gerrie Tracey

Office Manager

Gerrie began working in our Accounting Department in 2006. She has since become our Office Manager. She oversees the daily operations of our business from accounting and purchasing to human resources and excellent customer service. Outside of work, Gerrie enjoys spending time with her family and camping in our beautiful state.

Myrna Schwartz

Purchasing Agent

Myrna started her career with Steiner Electric in 1989. She currently serves as our Purchasing Agent ensuring that all needed materials for projects are on hand to meet our customers’ needs in a timely and cost effective manner. In her free time, Myrna enjoys working in her garden and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Randy Karoses

Shop Coordinator

Randy joined the Steiner Electric team as the Shop Coordinator in March 2018. In this role, he is responsible for the efficient daily operations of our shop and warehouse. Randy also oversees the maintenance of all vehicles, equipment and tools. Prior to joining Steiner Electric, Randy served the residents of Campbellsport and Fond Du Lac County for 25 years as a law enforcement officer and a volunteer firefighter/EMT for Campbellsport. He continues to act on his desire to serve his community as Town Supervisor for the Town of Ashford. Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his family and rebuilding vintage garden tractors in addition to hunting, fishing and camping trips.
