Robb is the President and owner of Steiner Electric, Inc. and runs the day to day operations of the company. As a third generation owner and fourth generation electrician, Robb knows the value of hard work and the dedication it takes to keep valued customers over decades. He started as an apprentice in 2000 and is now a Master Electrician and a Designer of Engineered Systems. Robb also holds a NABCEP certification for the solar electric work Steiner Electric installs. Robb has volunteered his time on multiple boards of directors including MPTC, ABC of Wisconsin and the West Bend Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys building vintage light fixtures, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Andrew joined Steiner Electric in 2017 as our Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer after a successful career in financial services. He is responsible for the overall administration of our business operations with a focus on efficiency enhancements and planning for our future growth. Andrew is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music and participating in all the outdoor world has to offer especially fishing and shooting sports. In support of our community and industry, Andrew is currently a board member of The Volunteer Center of Washington County, The West Bend Cemetery Association and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin.
Ken is a Master Electrician and has been with Steiner Electric, Inc. since 2001. He began his career as an electrical apprentice and was promoted to our Designer and Lead Estimator position in 2010. Utilizing CAD, photometric software and a creative mindset, Ken has elevated Steiner Electric’s Design/Build capabilities to fulfill any customer or general contractor’s design needs. Through collaborative design sessions with the leadership team, Ken delivers value engineered options that result in cost savings to the owner’s. Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his family.
Derek is a Journeyman Electrician and has been with the Steiner Electric team since 2008. He completed his Associated Builders and Contractors electrical apprenticeship with Steiner and worked as a lead electrician in our Construction Division. In 2019, Derek was promoted to be an estimator and enjoys applying his deep hands on experience and knowledge when delivering accurate and timely quotes to our many valued customers. In his free time, Derek enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking and listening to music.
Justin joined Steiner Electric in 2019 as a Project Manager. In his role, he partners with the other project managers in leading our field teams to complete high quality and safe electrical installations. Justin is a Master Electrician with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial applications. His extensive experience in working with large industrial customers and their unique needs has made him a great fit within our team. When he is not at work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, hobby farming, hunting and fishing.
Kevin joined the Steiner Electric team as a Project Manager in 2020. In this role, he is responsible for the leadership of field team members in the delivery of high quality and safe electrical installations and repairs. Kevin is a Master Electrician with over 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial applications. His broad-based electrical experience and leadership background have made him a great addition to our team. Outside of work, he enjoys snowmobiling, boating and spending time with his family.
Gerrie began working in our Accounting Department in 2006. She has since become our Office Manager. She oversees the daily operations of our business from accounting and purchasing to human resources and excellent customer service. Outside of work, Gerrie enjoys spending time with her family and camping in our beautiful state.
Brittany started her career with Steiner Electric in 2020. She joined us with a strong background in office administration. Brittany currently works as our Office Assistant with responsibility for a broad range of tasks including a key focus on purchasing. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, Brewers’ games and visiting wineries and breweries with her husband.
