Culture

GUIDED BY OUR SEVEN POINTS OF CULTURE:

QUALITY

We do the job right the first time. Since 1933, our goal has consistently been to exceed our customer’s expectations.

SAFETY

We are committed to ensure that every project, and every person involved in that project, is provided a safe environment to accomplish our mission. We will do this by providing the proper equipment and the training on how to use that equipment.

FAMILY ATMOSPHERE

We treat fellow team members as we would want to be treated. We believe each employee needs and wants to have their family as a priority in their life. An atmosphere in which we care about each other lends itself to the bonding of team members. We will always make it a priority to take care of one another.

INTEGRITY

Since 1933, our customers have come to know that our word is our bond. Issues and challenges are met with honesty, forthrightness and truthfulness 100% of the time.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We are constantly looking for improvements to better serve our customers. In addition, we identify better ways to improve the skills and talents of our field and office team members. We sponsor and support the merit shop philosophy while working with Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin. Each year we help our apprentice team members work toward their personal goal of becoming an electrical journeyman, while other team members enhance their careers. All benefit from a solid, sustaining lifetime career.

COMMUNICATION AND TEAM BUILDING

We continually strive for transparent communication. We communicate issues and concerns in a timely fashion. We listen. We respond. All team members are empowered to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.

ABUNDANCE

All team members are compensated fairly with wages, benefits and opportunities for growth. We believe that abundance exists for all involved in what we do – our customer deserves a first class project; our suppliers need to be treated fairly; the company needs to show a profit.
